If something is not working, tell us what happened and we will help you get back to buying low and selling high.

Email webmaster@selloo.com. Please include:
- your device model and operating-system version;
- the Wheeler Dealer app version shown in Settings;
- the game mode and what you were doing when the problem occurred; and
- a screenshot, if it helps and does not contain information you would prefer not to share.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details, platform sign-in credentials or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Quick checks
- Offline play: core runs work without an internet connection. Platform leaderboards and remote services need a connection.
- Sound or haptics: check the in-game settings as well as your phone's silent mode, volume and system haptic settings.
- Game Center or Play Games: confirm you are signed in to the platform account on your device, then reopen Wheeler Dealer.
- Saved progress: avoid deleting the app while troubleshooting because locally stored runs and preferences may be removed by the operating system.
